Selling your Property

In order to sell your property a Contract of Sale and an accurate Vendor Statement must be prepared. This is an important task as a defective Vendor Statement can allow the purchaser to walk away from a signed Contract of Sale right up to the settlement date. With our guidance, we assist you through providing us with complete instructions required for Vendor disclosure and draft these documents to best protect your legal rights.

What we will do for you:
1. Take your detailed instructions and keep you informed at all appropriate times
2. Draft a Contract of Sale and Vendor Statement
3. Draft an Early Release of Deposit (if instructed)
4. Correspond and coordinate preparation for settlement with your broker/bank and other parties
5. Review Statement of Adjustments
6. Attend Settlement on your behalf
7. Notify the relevant authorities of settlement of your sale
